Udaipur: Preparations are in full swing for the grand mass wedding ceremony being organized by the Rajput Mahasabha Sansthan, Udaipur Division on February 10, 2026, at the Fateh School campus. With wedding mandaps being erected, food arrangements finalized, and guest reception plans nearing completion, the venue is abuzz with activity. The upcoming social event has generated significant enthusiasm across the community.
Sharing details, President Sant Singh Bhati announced that the registration deadline for participating couples has been extended to February 6. He informed that registrations for 40 couples have already been completed and appealed to more families from the community to take advantage of this collective initiative.
General Secretary Pradeep Singh Bhati stated that on Sunday, the brides, grooms, and their families were formally invited and briefed about the entire program. Detailed information regarding wedding rituals, the event outline, schedules, and arrangements was shared. On this occasion, traditional attire was also distributed to the brides for the ceremony.
Office bearers of the Mahasabha emphasized that the objective of the mass wedding is to strengthen social unity, eliminate social evils such as the dowry system, and provide meaningful support to economically weaker families. The ceremony is expected to witness the presence of prominent community members, public representatives, and a large gathering of society members, making it a landmark social occasion for the region.
