Progress of Development Works and Schemes Reviewed, Directions Issued
Instructions Given for Timely Disposal of Complaints Registered on Sampark Portal
Udaipur: As per the directions of Chief Minister Shri Bhajanlal Sharma, a weekly review meeting to assess the progress of development works and government schemes was held on Tuesday at the Collectorate Conference Hall. The meeting was organized under the guidance of the District Collector and chaired by Additional District Magistrate (City) Jitendra Ojha, with the participation of officers from various departments.
At the outset, Girwa Sub-Divisional Officer and Sampark Portal Nodal Officer Avula Sai Krishna reviewed the status of complaints registered on the Sampark Portal, focusing on their timely and quality disposal. He directed the concerned officials to expedite the resolution of pending cases in line with state and district averages.
ADM (City) Jitendra Ojha reviewed the progress of state budget announcements and emphasized the effective implementation of flagship schemes. He instructed officials to ensure that the maximum number of eligible beneficiaries receive the intended benefits. He also directed departments associated with Gram Utthan Camps to provide maximum benefits of government schemes to the general public during the camps and to update all related information on the portal in a timely manner.
The meeting was attended by Trainee IAS Ms. Srishti Dabas along with district-level officers from all departments.
