Discussion on Scale of Finance Held in District-Level Technical Committee Meeting
Sri Ganganagar: In accordance with the directions of the Rajasthan State Cooperative Bank, a meeting of the District-Level Technical Committee was held on Tuesday at the Collectorate Conference Hall under the chairmanship of District Collector Dr. Manju to determine the Scale of Finance for crop-wise agriculture, animal husbandry, and fisheries. Detailed deliberations were carried out on the proposed scale of finance during the meeting.
While discussing the scale of finance, the District Collector instructed the concerned departmental officers to take action in accordance with the guidelines issued by the state government. She emphasized that while determining crop-wise parameters in the district, the interests and perspectives of farmers should also be considered. She further directed that suggestions be sought from the Agriculture Department and other related departments.
During the meeting, Mr. Sanjay Garg, Managing Director of The Ganganagar Central Cooperative Bank, briefed the participants on the prescribed standards for crop-wise agriculture, animal husbandry, and fisheries. He also informed the committee about the currently applicable norms in the district and shared inputs received from the concerned departments.
Detailed discussions were held with officials from the Agriculture Department, Horticulture Department, and the Lead Bank to finalize the recommendations.
The meeting was attended by ADM (Vigilance) Mrs. Reena, Joint Director of Agriculture Mr. Surjit Kumar, Deputy Director of Horticulture Mrs. Preeti Garg, Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies Mr. Deepak Kukkar, LDM Mr. Mukesh Jangda, Mr. Vikas Garg, and other officials.
