Banswara: A one-day workshop was successfully organized for students at Government Higher Secondary School, Amarthoon, focusing on stress-free exam preparation, time management, and advanced techniques to maximize scores.
Ramesh Kumar Ninama, a scholar from the Sanskrit Education Department, emphasized linking modern methods with exam skills. He advised students to first solve simple and easy questions, use writing to reinforce memory, get adequate sleep the night before the exam, and tackle difficult questions step by step with diagrams and structured solutions.
School Student Parliament leaders, Prime Minister Ashish Charpota and Sapna Charpota, expressed gratitude to the teaching staff for maintaining high-quality education despite vacancies.
Parents’ Association President, Deepchand Charpota, thanked the teaching staff, noting that consistent teaching, increased homework, and weekly tests have improved the learning environment. He highlighted that Rau Mavi Amarthoon ranks second in the Ghattol subdistrict in enrollment and has achieved a 100% pass rate for the past five years.
Principal Arun Vyas addressed students, reminding them that all year-long hard work culminates in board exams. He stressed that students must not carry any papers or materials in their pockets, except for the admit card, pen, and pencil. Strict three-level checks will be conducted before entry into the examination hall.
All exam staff must also adhere to mobile phone restrictions, wear identification cards, and submit a declaration confirming no relatives are taking the exam. Additional invigilators from other schools will be assigned.
Board-appointed inspectors and fly teams will regularly monitor the exams. Students are expected to enter the exam hall on time and in an orderly manner, as late arrivals or use of unauthorized materials will result in disciplinary action.
During the workshop, 92 students from Class 12, 80 from Class 10, 97 from Class 8, and 72 from Class 5 were honored and given awards.
The event concluded with a community lunch, attended by students from Classes 1–12, school staff, local representatives, and residents, celebrating collective learning and support.
