Chief Minister Flags Off Grand Kalash Yatra from Govind Dev Ji Temple परिसर

Jaipur:Chief Minister Mr. Bhajanlal Sharma on Tuesday formally flagged off a grand Kalash Yatra after performing traditional rituals at Jai Niwas Garden, located in the premises of the revered Shri Govind Dev Ji Temple in Jaipur. On this occasion, he stated that saints and sages are strengthening Sanatan culture by guiding the nation in the right direction, and their teachings convey messages of humanity, service, and harmony. He urged the youth to imbibe the teachings and ideals of saints and contribute to carrying forward India’s glorious cultural heritage.
Mr. Sharma said that Baba Balnath made an exceptional contribution to the promotion of Indian religion and culture, and that Baba Bastinath Ji Maharaj is following the same revered tradition. He added that Indian culture is rooted in the philosophy of “Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinah”, which conveys the message of welfare and happiness for all humanity.
On the occasion, the Chief Minister honored Shri Bastinath Ji Maharaj by draping a stole and also listened to his blessings. Thousands of women participated enthusiastically in the Kalash Yatra, making the event spiritually vibrant and grand.
Earlier, Mr. Sharma offered darshan and performed rituals at Shri Govind Dev Ji Temple, praying for the prosperity, well-being, and welfare of the state. He also warmly interacted with the devotees present at the temple and accepted their greetings. The temple परिसर resonated with chants of “Jai Govind Dev Ji”, creating a deeply devotional atmosphere.
The event was attended by MLA Mr. Devi Singh Shekhawat, other dignitaries, and a large number of devotees.
