Divisional-Level Review Meeting Held via Video Conferencing
Udaipur: Divisional Commissioner Ms. Pragya Kevalramani chaired a divisional-level review meeting on Wednesday through video conferencing from the Commissioner’s office auditorium. The meeting was attended by District Collectors and departmental officers from various districts of the Udaipur division. Detailed discussions were held regarding the progress of revenue-generating departments, disposal of pending cases, and implementation of key state government schemes.
The Divisional Commissioner directed officials to ensure that the निर्धारित revenue targets for the financial year are achieved within the stipulated time frame before the close of the fiscal year. She emphasized that all procedures and formalities related to SIR should be completed within the prescribed deadlines. Additionally, keeping the upcoming census in view, she instructed officials to prioritize necessary preparations, ensure availability of resources, and complete coordination-related tasks as per guidelines.
While reviewing the progress of various departmental schemes against their set targets, Commissioner Kevalramani stressed the importance of regular monitoring and prompt resolution of issues at the field level. She also held detailed discussions on agenda points related to the “Raj Unnati” meeting. Progress reports were presented on schemes including PM-KUSUM (Components A, B, and C) and the Jal Jeevan Mission.
Additional Divisional Commissioner C.R. Devasi, Regional Transport Officer Gyandev Vishwakarma, DIG (Stamps) Ragini Damor, and officials from various departments were present at the meeting. District Collectors, Additional District Magistrates (ADMs), and other administrative officers from across the division participated via video conferencing and presented progress reports of their respective districts.
