Shri Ganganagar: A detailed review meeting of the district’s revenue-related work was held on Tuesday at the Collectorate Auditorium under the chairmanship of District Collector Dr. Manju. During the meeting, officers were instructed to promptly identify suitable land and submit proposals for projects requiring land under the 2026 budget announcements.
The meeting reviewed pending cases in revenue courts, name transfers, demarcation, pathway issues, land disputes, court cases, and cases registered on various online portals. The District Collector emphasized that all revenue matters affecting the general public should be resolved in a timely, transparent, and high-quality manner. He instructed that pending cases be regularly reviewed and prioritized to ensure citizens are not unnecessarily inconvenienced.
Officials were directed to regularly inspect works under the CM Thar Scheme and DMFT projects to ensure quality standards. The Collector also emphasized periodic review of pension verification work and field-level inspections during crop-cutting experiments.
While reviewing pending cases on e-filing and online portals, the District Collector instructed officers to ensure speedy disposal of applications submitted via e-filing, online forms, and other revenue portals, with regular updates on the portal regarding the current status. Reports from Sub-Divisional Officers, Tehsildars, and farmer e-Girdawari inspections were also reviewed.
Dr. Manju stressed regular inspection of PM Shri Schools and Gaushalas to maintain efficient operations. During the revenue meeting, officers were instructed to prioritize disposal of complaints pending from district-level public hearings, contact portals, and legislative assembly questions. He emphasized that departmental pending cases should be resolved by the responsible officers within the stipulated time frame and with high quality. Pending cases in various courts must also be addressed seriously and resolved according to the rules.

Reena, Additional District Collector Anupgarh Shri Ashok Sangwan, ADM Suratgarh Shri Dinanath Babel, SDM Suratgarh Shri Bharat Jayprakash Meena, Sub-Divisional Officers of Shri Ganganagar, Padampur, Raisinghnagar, Sadulshahar, Vijaynagar, Karanpur, Gahrasana, Tehsildars, Naib Tehsildars, and other district-level officers from the concerned departments.
