Kota: With upcoming examinations in mind, DSP Dr. Poonam held an interactive session with students at Allen Coaching Institute, Landmark City. During the session, students were provided with important tips to maintain focus and preserve mental well-being during exams. The discussion emphasized ways to improve mental health and reduce stress.
SP Tejaswani Gautam, IPS, Kota City Police, explained that students from across various states stay in Kota for preparation of competitive exams, residing in hostels and coaching institutes in areas such as Kunhadi. The session aimed to address issues related to hostels, coaching centers, and study areas while providing practical solutions. It also focused on strategies to enhance mental health and reduce exam-related stress.
Students’ problems were addressed promptly and appropriately. Special tips were shared to help them prepare for recently conducted exams as well as upcoming ones. For girl students in particular, guidance was provided on downloading the Rajkop Citizen and KSOS applications, which allow them to report issues and receive timely police responses.
Kota City Police and local administration plan to continue such direct interactions with students regularly to ensure their safety, well-being, and smooth preparation for examinations.
