HDB Financial Services Officials Experience Pranahuti-Based Heartfulness Meditation
Udaipur: A one-day Heartfulness meditation workshop was organized at the main branch of HDB Financial Services in Hiran Magri Sector 3. The session aimed to equip corporate officials and staff with simple and effective techniques to manage stress arising from professional challenges and everyday life.
The workshop was conducted by a Heartfulness trainer, former Media Officer at MPUAT and Principal of Matsyaki College, who highlighted the unique aspects of Heartfulness Meditation. He also explained that under the guidance of global mentor Shri Kamlesh D. Patel (Daji), Heartfulness meditation centers operate in over 160 countries worldwide.

More than 35 officials and employees from the branch participated actively, benefiting from Pranahuti-based meditation, which helps in relaxation and mental clarity. The workshop was organized by HDB Financial Services HR Manager Ram Chandra Chauhan in collaboration with Dr. Rakesh Dashora, Head of the Heartfulness Center, Udaipur.
Key participants included Operational Manager Harish Patidar, Cluster Manager Bharat Jhalani, CRM Rahul Purbiya, Area Collection Manager Avinash Yadav, Sales Manager Roop Lal, Virendra Singh Rathore, along with several other sales officers and staff.
Participants reported experiencing reduced stress, calmness, increased energy, happiness, and a state of thoughtless awareness after the session. Many also expressed interest in conducting regular monthly Heartfulness sessions at their branch.
