####Spartan Clinches Title at Rockwoods Blazing Strikers Cricket Cup 2026
Udaipur: Spartan Cricket Academy delivered a dominant performance to defeat CPS Mewar Royals by 93 runs and lift the Rockwoods Blazing Strikers Cricket Cup 2026 title.
In the final, Spartan Cricket Academy opted to bat first and posted an impressive 189/8 in the stipulated 20 overs. Ravi Bishnoi played a sensational knock of 52 runs off just 24 balls. Shubham Garhwal contributed 45 runs from 20 deliveries, while Dhruv Singh added 40 runs off 28 balls to power the team to a formidable total.
With the ball, Pushpendra Singh claimed 3 wickets and Anirudh Singh picked up 2 wickets to restrict the opposition earlier in the match.
Chasing 190, CPS Mewar Royals were bowled out for 96 runs in 17.5 overs. Pushpendra Singh top-scored for his side with 31 runs off 34 balls.
For Spartan, Ravi Bishnoi led from the front again with 3 wickets, while Ganesh and Shivam Bhanu scalped two wickets each to seal a comprehensive victory. Ravi Bishnoi was adjudged Player of the Match for his outstanding all-round performance.
The prize distribution ceremony was graced by distinguished guests including Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar, Nivrutti Kumari Mewar, Indian cricketer Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Shashikant Khetan, Deepak Sharma, Puneet Gupta, Phoolchand Sharma, Siddharth Singhvi, Ashok Menaria, Manoj Choudhary and Mahendra Sharma.
The winning team was awarded a cash prize of ₹10 lakh, while the runners-up received ₹5 lakh. Shubham Garhwal was named Player of the Series and received a trophy along with ₹31,000. Bharat Sharma won the Best Batsman award with a trophy and ₹21,000, while Ganesh Khurana was declared Best Bowler and awarded a trophy and ₹21,000.
