LEGACY OF VALOUR: INDIAN ARMY TO HOST GAURAV SENANI SAMAROH IN CHURU
Jaipur, Sapta Shakti Command’s Ranbankura Division is set to organise the “Gaurav Senani Samaroh” on 08 March 2026 at the SAI Sports Stadium in Churu, to honour and engage Veterans, Veer Naris and Veeranganas from all eight tehsils of the district. The rally is likely to be attended by an unprecedented strength of over 6000 veterans and aims to provide numerous welfare benefits to the veterans and their families.
Shri Bhajan Lal Sharma, Honourable CM of Rajasthan, Lieutenant Genaral Manjinder Singh, Army Commander Sapta Shakti Command and distinguished dignitaries from the Indian Army & Civil Administration will honour the gathering with their presence, echoing the Army’s steadfast dedication to the dignity and well-being of its veteran community.
The unpredictable manner in which the geo-political situation is evolving, with dangerous wars being fought in many parts of the world and even closer to our own doorstep, uncertainties are raging. When the geo-political scenario is volatile, it is imperative that we are prepared across all the dimensions of our national defence. In such scenarios our veterans will play a crucial role standing tall as the 2nd and 3rd line of defence. Their experience, domain specialisation and unwavering nationalism make them a formidable force ready to fight for the nation if the call is sounded. This rally provides a vital platform for the veterans to once again pledge their loyalty and devotion to the nation.
ESM rally will make sure that we pay our veterans back for their patriotism by hosting a comprehensive welfare setup, offering SPARSH pension services, support from Record Offices, CDA and pension-related banking needs. Civil administration stalls will facilitate grievance resolution on revenue and legal matters, provide Aadhaar services and extend guidance on various Government Welfare Schemes. Representatives from the Army Welfare Placement Organisation (AWPO), corporate sector and banks will provide job opportunities for dignified life. The rally will also feature an extensive medical camp delivering specialist consultations and multiple health-care facilities. Towards ensuring comfortable life, number of aids including e-scooters, walkers, hearing aids, patient beds and wheel chairs will be provided to the veterans.
A dynamic equipment display and an elaborate cultural programme will add grandeur to the occasion, highlighting the spirit, tradition and combat capabilities of the Indian Army. The rally will also honour Veterans, Veer Naris and Veeranganas for their selfless contribution to the nation. ‘Gaurav Senani Samaroh’ will reaffirm the Army’s unbreakable connection with its veterans and its unwavering dedication to their dignity and well-being.
