12th Inter-Divisional Civil Services Sports Competition 2025–26

Udaipur: The second day of the 12th Inter-Divisional Civil Services Sports Competition 2025–26, organized jointly by the Personnel Department and the District Administration in Udaipur, witnessed thrilling sporting action. Teams from seven divisions of Rajasthan along with the Jaipur headquarters—a total of eight teams—showcased their skills in cricket, badminton, kabaddi, lawn tennis, table tennis, basketball, and volleyball.

Member of Parliament Mannalal Rawat visited Maharana Pratap Khel Gaon to encourage the players. The competition will conclude on Saturday at 3:30 PM at the same venue.

Cricket Matches

Additional District Collector Deependra Singh Rathore informed that on the second day, a cricket match between the Jaipur Headquarters team and Kota Division was played at the Khelgaon Cricket Ground, where Kota won by 5 wickets.
Other results included:

  • Udaipur won by 15 runs.

  • Ajmer won by 6 wickets.

  • At Field Club Ground, Jaipur Division defeated Bikaner, while Jodhpur also defeated Bikaner.

  • At the Mohanlal Sukhadia University Cricket Ground, Jodhpur defeated Bharatpur.

Based on the league matches:

  • Group A: 1st – Jodhpur Division, 2nd – Jaipur Division

  • Group B: 1st – Ajmer Division, 2nd – Udaipur Division

Upcoming Cricket Semifinals

District Sports Officer Mahesh Paliwal said the cricket semifinals will be played on Saturday:

  • Ajmer Division vs Jaipur Division at 7:00 AM at the Field Club Cricket Ground.

  • Jodhpur Division vs Udaipur Division at the Khelgaon Cricket Ground.

Other Sports Highlights

  • Badminton: The Bikaner team entered the final by defeating their opponent 2–1. In women’s badminton, Udaipur emerged as the champion, while the men’s final will be played Saturday morning at 8:00 AM.

  • Kabaddi: Matches are being played on a professional mat for the first time at Maharana Bhupal Stadium. In the semifinal, Jaipur Headquarters defeated Udaipur Division.

  • Table Tennis: At Lav Kush Indoor Stadium, Jodhpur won the men’s semifinal, while Udaipur, Jaipur, and Bikaner won their respective matches in the women’s category.

  • Basketball: The final between Jodhpur and Bikaner will be played at 8:15 AM.

  • Volleyball: At Maharana Pratap Khel Gaon, Jodhpur defeated Udaipur 2–1, Jodhpur defeated Bikaner 2–1, Bikaner defeated Jaipur Headquarters 2–0, and Kota defeated Jaipur Division 2–0.

In the evening volleyball semifinals, Ajmer defeated Bikaner 3–1, while Jodhpur defeated Kota 3–1, entering the final. The volleyball final between Ajmer and Jodhpur will be played on Saturday at 8:00 AM.
