Udaipur: The District Level Review Committee (DLRC) meeting of the Lead Bank Office was held on Wednesday at the auditorium of the Udaipur Zila Parishad in Udaipur. The meeting was conducted under the guidance of District Collector Namit Mehta and in the presence of the Chief Executive Officer of the Zila Parishad, Riya Dabi.
During the meeting, the Annual Credit Plan (ACP) for the financial year 2026–27 was formally released and approved. Discussions were held on key banking indicators such as deposit and credit data of the district, achievements in priority sector lending, credit-deposit ratio, agricultural loans, and progress of loan applications under various central and state government-sponsored schemes.
Lead District Manager Sanjay Gupta informed that to ensure optimal utilization of resources and accelerate economic growth in the district, the Annual Credit Plan for 2026–27 has been approved by CEO Riya Dabi.
Under this credit plan, all banks operating in the district have been assigned a target of ₹17,303 crore in loans to be distributed under priority sector lending during the upcoming financial year.
He further stated that for the current financial year 2025–26, according to data available up to December 31, 2025, banks have achieved ₹12,550 crore in loan disbursement against an annual target of ₹14,125 crore, which is 89 percent of the annual target.
During the meeting, beneficiaries of the Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana were symbolically presented with insurance claim cheques.
Lead District Officer of the Reserve Bank of India, Manish Mandal, directed all banks to improve the credit-deposit ratio, increase the flow of credit to the agricultural sector, and ensure 100 percent achievement of targets under various government schemes.
The meeting was attended by District Development Manager of National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development Neeraj Yadav, Chief Manager of State Bank of India S D Meena, Regional Manager of Rajasthan Gramin Bank K K Gupta, Director of RSETI Amar Dixit, General Manager of the District Industries and Commerce Centre Shailendra Sharma, Joint Director of the Women Empowerment Department Sanjay Joshi, District Project Manager of National Rural Livelihoods Mission Khyali Lal Khatik, along with Rajeevika officials, representatives from all banks operating in the district, heads of departments associated with government-supported credit schemes, and representatives from the Lead Bank Office including Hemraj Sonwal and Naveen Aatre.
