Udaipur: On Saturday, Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma held a meeting at the Chief Minister’s Office to review preparations for the upcoming summer season.
During the meeting, he directed the Public Health Engineering Department (PHED) and District Collectors to ensure uninterrupted drinking water supply during the hot months. He also instructed the Forest Department to prepare saplings in nurseries for tree plantation drives and ensure their proper distribution.
The Chief Minister further issued guidelines regarding LPG supply, directing departmental officials and district collectors to monitor the distribution system effectively and take strict action against hoarding.
The meeting was attended by Kanhaiya Lal Chaudhary, Minister of Public Health & Engineering, Sumit Godara, Minister of Food & Civil Supplies, V. Srinivas, Chief Secretary, and other senior departmental officials. Sanjay Sharma, State Minister (Independent Charge) for Forests, along with divisional commissioners and district collectors, joined the meeting via video conference.
