Shiv Devotional Evening Resonates in Udaipur Amid 12 Jyotirlingas

Udaipur: A mesmerizing blend of devotion and music filled the air in Udaipur on Sunday, as the renowned Suron Ki Mandali organization organized a Shiv Stuti (devotional hymn) program at the Mata Vaishno Devi Temple on Nathdwara Road. The event was held in the presence of replicas of the 12 Jyotirlingas, creating a profoundly spiritual atmosphere.

The evening featured soulful bhajans and hymns dedicated to Lord Shiva, enchanting the audience with their divine melodies. Devotees, music lovers, and spiritual enthusiasts from across the city attended in large numbers, immersing themselves in prayer and devotion. The presence of the 12 Jyotirlingas added a unique spiritual dimension, offering attendees a deeply moving experience.

Mukesh Madhvani, founder and president of Suron Ki Mandali, explained that the organization aims to connect society through music and spread positive energy among people. He added that, alongside social and cultural activities, the group also regularly organizes spiritual programs. This special Shiv Stuti event was conducted in the same spirit, combining devotion and musical excellence.

Event organizer Ramesh Datwani shared that artists performed a variety of popular bhajans and devotional songs dedicated to Lord Shiva, creating an atmosphere filled with reverence and devotion. He emphasized that hosting the program in the presence of the 12 Jyotirlingas not only moved the devotees emotionally but also reinforced the city’s cultural and spiritual traditions.

Arun Chaubisa, secretary of the organization, said the program aimed to provide a platform where the people of Udaipur could experience spiritual peace through music and devotion.

Treasurer Yogesh Upadhyay noted that attendees swayed to the bhajan rhythms and filled the temple premises with chants of “Har Har Mahadev”. Among the performers were Vishnu Vaishnav, Gopal Gothwal, Ambalal Sahu, Kishore Yadav, Mahavir Prasad Jain, Jyoti Modiyani, Rani Jha, Geeta Singh, Nalini Bandhu, Dr. Harsha Nebhani, Rameshwar Gameti, and other members, who all contributed to the evening’s devotional splendor.

The event successfully merged musical artistry with spiritual devotion, leaving a lasting impression on the city’s residents and strengthening Udaipur’s cultural and religious heritage.
