####Vikram Rathore Nominated Advisor, Public Relations of Govind Guru Tribal University, Banswara
Banswara, Vice Chancellor Prof. Keshav Thakur has nominated Vikram Rathore, Public Relations Expert and Public Relations Officer of the Rajasthan State OBC Commission, Govt. of Rajasthan, as the Advisor on the four-members Public Relations Advisory Committee constituted by Govind Guru Tribal University (GGTU), Banswara, to enhance and expand its public relations activities. Chaired by Vice Chancellor Prof. Keshav Thakur, the Advisory Committee comprises experienced experts from the fields of public relations, media, education, and social work. The Board will provide guidance in effectively disseminating the university's beneficial policies, programs, achievements, innovations, and academic activities among university stakeholders and the general public, as well as strengthening public relations strategies. The Registrar has issued an order to this effect, nominated GGTU PRO Prof. Narendra Paneri, Prof. Manoj Pandya, Head of the Hindi Department, and Dr. Rakesh Damor, Dean of the Law Department, have also been nominated.
Advisor, Public Relations GGTU Vikram Rathore expressed his gratitude to Vice Chancellor Professor Keshav Thakur and stated that, in line with the National Education Policy, it is essential to effectively publicize the university's welfare policies and achievements to enhance the university's empowerment and values. This will foster positive relationships between stakeholders and the public relations community. In the current context, the role of public relations in higher education has steadily increased. As Public Relations Advisor for Govind Guru Tribal University, Vikram Rathore will provide advice to the university on media coordination and management, the widespread dissemination of the university's public welfare policies and objectives, and related issues. It is noteworthy that Vikram Rathore, who has served as a public relations advisor, university affairs expert, literature, and public administration for several years, is also a higher education expert, author, literary scholar, independent higher education critic/analyst.
