Udaipur: At the 18th National Convention of Vipra Foundation held in Pushkar, National Convenor and Founder Sushil Ojha announced the appointment of Dr. H. R. Dave as a member of the National Executive Committee. Dr. Dave currently serves as the State President of the Education, Employment, and Competitive Examination Cell (Zone-1A).
To celebrate this achievement, a grand felicitation ceremony was organized at Nimbark B.Ed. College, where office bearers, prominent community members, academicians, and youth warmly honored him.
During the event, State Secretary of the Education Cell Ganesh Nagda praised Dr. Dave’s long-standing contributions to education and social service. He noted that this recognition reflects Dr. Dave’s dedication, leadership, and continuous efforts in guiding students toward success in competitive examinations. Under his mentorship, many candidates have secured prestigious positions such as RAS officers, Tehsildars, Assistant Professors, teachers, police inspectors, and agriculture officers.
Eminent educationist Dr. Bhagwati Shankar Vyas highlighted that Dr. Dave consistently works to make education a foundation for social development, ensuring that talented students from both rural and urban areas receive proper opportunities and guidance. He added that under Dr. Dave’s leadership, various initiatives like career counseling sessions, motivational seminars, mock interviews, and free guidance programs have benefited thousands of students.
Expressing his gratitude, Dr. H.R. Dave said that this honor belongs not only to him but to the entire organization and all the students striving to achieve their goals. He assured that he would fulfill his new responsibilities with dedication and continue to contribute effectively in the fields of education and employment.
Dr. Dave also announced that a large-scale free seminar for students from all communities will be organized in April, focusing on preparation for prestigious competitive exams such as IAS and RAS. The seminar will feature experienced subject experts, selected officers, and former toppers who will guide students on exam preparation strategies, time management, subject selection, interview techniques, and key success principles.
He further stated that the seminar will be completely free of cost, ensuring participation from economically weaker students. The event will also include a felicitation ceremony for students who performed exceptionally well in competitive exams in 2025, along with special motivational sessions to boost confidence and inspiration.
