Oath-Taking Ceremony of New Executive Committee and Holi Get-Together Held in Bhatewar

Udaipur: A grand and dignified ceremony for the oath-taking of the newly formed three-year executive committee of Shri Dhanvantari Ayurveda Seva Samiti, along with a Holi get-together, was successfully आयोजित on Sunday in Bhatewar. The event took place at the reception hall of Swagat Palace Hotel and began at 11:00 AM, with the participation of several distinguished guests, office bearers, and community members. The program conveyed a strong message of unity, cooperation, and social responsibility.

The ceremony began with prayers before the idol of Dhanvantari. Guests were welcomed in traditional Mewari style with pagdi and uparna. During the event, members of the Menaria community from Indore and office bearers of the Gram Vikas Samiti, Paneriyon Ki Madri were specially honored.

The chief guest was Patron Ambalal Menaria, while the event was presided over by Bansilal Menaria. Distinguished guests included Mukesh Menaria, newly elected President Mangilal Singawat, Omkar Lal Menaria, Ganesh Lal Menaria, Prem Shankar Ramawat, Bhanwar Lal Bohra, Ramlal Menaria, Bhagwati Lal Menaria, Kundan Lal Menaria, Gopal Mehta, Ambalal Salvi, and Omprakash Menaria. The program was efficiently conducted by General Secretary Prem Shankar Ramawat.

On this occasion, the outgoing president and previous executive committee were also honored for their contributions. Founder Director Devilal Menaria announced the new executive committee for the next three years. Mangilal Singawat was appointed President, Mohanlal Merawat as Vice President, Prem Shankar Ramawat as General Secretary, Hiralal Suthar as Minister, Nirmal Kumar Prajapat as Office Minister, and Kailash Prajapat as Treasurer.

Other key appointments included Khoobilal Devdidasot and Purnashankar Joshi as Organization Ministers, Prakash Chandra Nagda as Publicity Minister, along with Ganesh Lal Vyas and Rameshwar Lal Menaria in other roles.

The advisory board was formed under the leadership of Bhagwati Lal Menaria, with members Devkishan Menaria, Nimtalal Menaria, Vijaylal Menaria, and Ganesh Lal Menaria.

Office bearers of the education, medical, and sports cells were also administered the oath. Mukesh Kumar was appointed President of the Education Cell, Kundan Lal Menaria for the Medical Cell, and Gopal Mehta for the Sports Cell.

The oath of office and confidentiality was administered by Patron Ambalal Menaria. Founder Director Devilal Menaria encouraged more people to join the organization and announced a membership fee of ₹1100.

During the Holi get-together, speakers emphasized community development, unity, and service. Presiding officer Bansilal Menaria stated that if the Menaria community organizes a mass marriage event, the Gram Sabha of Paneriyon Ki Madri would ensure all necessary arrangements. Mukesh Menaria highlighted the organization’s ongoing contributions in education, healthcare, and sports.

Medical Cell President Kundan Lal Menaria spoke about the importance of blood donation, urging healthy individuals to donate regularly to help those in need and reduce the risk of heart-related diseases.

Several members also announced voluntary financial contributions. Former Treasurer of the All India Menaria Brahmin Samaj Gopilal Menaria pledged ₹51,000 for organizing a mass marriage event. Additionally, Ganesh Lal Menaria suggested making registration mandatory for community marriages to address related issues effectively.

The ceremony concluded on a note of mutual goodwill, harmony, and a renewed commitment to social service.
