Udaipur: Business Circle International (BCI) organized a series of ‘Workplace Visits’ to familiarize local entrepreneurs with each other’s work environments and business practices. During these visits, BCI Youth explored digital innovations, while the Alpha Chapter focused on the value of honesty and integrity in business.
Sharing Business Insights Through Experience
BCI Founder and Chairman, Mukesh Madhwani, emphasized that the primary goal of these visits is to give members a deep understanding of each other’s business models. Devendra Singh Kareer, President of Alpha Chapter, added that mutual trust and strong collaboration are essential for any business’s success.
The Alpha Chapter visit was hosted at Purohit Café in Ayad. Owner Pushkar Purohit shared his inspiring journey spanning 40 years, explaining how his father built the foundation of the café from a tiny 200-square-foot space, which today is known for its quality.
Pushkar Purohit addressed entrepreneurs, highlighting that “purity and honesty” are the greatest assets in business. He stressed his ‘No Frozen’ principle, ensuring that no frozen items are ever used. Every ingredient served is fresh, unadulterated, and retains a homemade flavor. Despite industry trends favoring cost and time savings, he never compromised on quality, which has earned lasting trust from customers over decades.
BCI Youth’s visit took place at UdaipurIters, run by Secretary Shivam Lodha in Shastri Circle. Participants engaged in two creative activities to explore digital marketing and insurance in practice. Shivam Lodha explained how his institution is introducing modern services to Udaipur that are not currently offered elsewhere. BCI Youth President Digvijay Rajk and Treasurer Bhavika Rajk noted that such innovations inspire young entrepreneurs to evolve their own work practices.
The event was attended by several prominent members, including Mukesh Madhwani, Devendra Singh Kareer, Dr. Amrita Bokadia, Jeevan Singh Solanki, Reena Goswami, Ratan Singh Solanki, Dilip Balchandani, Radhika Somani, Arun Chaubisa, Lokesh Joshi, Piyush Kothari, Digvijay Rajk, Dharmveer Deval, Aryan Vijayvargiya, Bharat Puraswani, Pranshu Dixit, Priya Sharma, Ganpat Salvi, Dheeraj Vaidik, and Kailash Maheshwari.
