PGTI NextGen Alpha Golf Championship Successfully held in Patna
Patna: The prestigious PGTI NextGen Alpha Golf Championship was successfully held in the capital city, Patna. The tournament was held in collaboration with the Professional Golf Tour of India (PGTI), providing an important platform for emerging golf talent in the country.
A total of 72 professional and upcoming golfers from across India participated in the championship, showcasing exceptional skills and reflecting the bright future of Indian golf. The event served as a strong opportunity for players to demonstrate their abilities and progress in the professional circuit.
Kolkata’s Suneet Chaurasia delivered an excellant performance to clinch the winner’s title, while Vipin Mukhiya from Noida finished as the runner-up.
During the prize distribution ceremony, trophies and cash prizes were awarded by Sumit Prakash (Founder, Alpha Sports Academy), Asmita Chaudhary (Co-founder), Vikas (Chief Business Officer, PGTI), Vishal Sahay (Captain, Patna Golf Club), and Arvind Singh (Secretary, Patna Golf Club). The winner received ₹3,17,875, while the runner-up was awarded ₹2,67,875.
