Udaipur — During his visit to Udaipur on Tuesday, Education and Panchayati Raj Minister Madan Dilawar paid tribute to the mothers of martyrs. At an event held in Bedla, the atmosphere turned emotional and echoed with applause as the minister honored the mothers of brave soldiers who sacrificed their lives for the nation.
The minister paid heartfelt respect to the mothers of Shaurya Chakra awardee Shaheed Major Mustafa and Shaheed Prakash Khatik, both residents of Bedla. A deeply moving moment occurred when he touched their feet, bowing in respect and seeking their blessings in recognition of their immense sacrifice.
Speaking on the occasion, the minister said that the nation’s borders remain secure because of such brave sons. He emphasized that the status of a mother who gives birth to a soldier is even higher than that of God. He added that the sacrifice and patience of these mothers serve as a great source of inspiration for society.
