‘Lakshya Sandhan with SDM’ Initiative Transforms Results
Udaipur:The remarkable success in the Class 12 board examination results for the academic session 2025–26 in Badgaon sub-division has been largely credited to the innovative initiative “Lakshya Sandhan with SDM” led by Sub-Divisional Magistrate Ms. Latika Paliwal. The initiative provided students with clear direction, continuous guidance, and motivation, helping them achieve outstanding results.
The overall result of the sub-division stood at 99%, with the Commerce stream achieving a perfect 100% result. The Arts stream recorded 99.38%, while the Science stream achieved 98.13%.
Innovation as the Key to Success
Under the “Lakshya Sandhan with SDM” initiative, Ms. Paliwal regularly interacted with students, conducted career counseling sessions, helped them set goals, and organized motivational programs. This effort played a significant role in boosting confidence among students, especially in rural areas, and encouraging them to stay focused on their goals.
Recognition and Unique Encouragement
Students who scored above 90%, along with their parents and school teams, were felicitated by the SDM. As a special incentive, meritorious students were taken on an educational tour of Pichola Lake and the City Palace, offering them a unique learning experience connected to history, culture, and heritage. Notably, high-performing Class 10 students had also been honored earlier and were taken for a boating experience at Fateh Sagar Lake.
Shaping Futures Through Interaction
While interacting with students, the SDM encouraged them to set ambitious goals, work consistently, and stay connected to their roots. Students shared aspirations of becoming aerospace engineers, RAS, and IAS officers, reflecting the positive impact of the initiative.

Ms. Paliwal emphasized that the results are not just statistics but the outcome of a collective effort involving administration, teachers, parents, and students. Initiatives like “Lakshya Sandhan with SDM” are proving to be milestones in guiding rural talent and helping them achieve greater success.
