Udaipur: The two-day premium fashion and lifestyle exhibition ‘Jhalak’, held at Ashoka Green in Shobhagpura, Udaipur, concluded with great fanfare on Thursday. Even on the second and final day, the city’s residents showed immense enthusiasm, with crowds gathering from early morning. With the summer season and upcoming festive period in mind, shoppers indulged in extensive purchases, leaving the venue bustling with activity.

Organizer Nihar Gupta shared that this edition of ‘Jhalak’ broke all previous records. On the final day, the exhibition attracted not only women but also youth and senior citizens, all eager to explore the latest fashion trends. Prestigious brands from Delhi, Jaipur, Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, and Chandigarh drew constant crowds. Gupta noted that attendees were particularly looking for light, stylish fabrics suitable for summer. Banarasi, Zardosi, and Tussar sarees from brands like Kadhwa Banaras, Kokila Silk, and Kashika Label were in high demand. Jewelry collections showcased by designers from Mumbai also captured significant attention. In addition to apparel, home accents and lifestyle products saw robust sales throughout the exhibition.
