Udaipur – A significant meeting was held yesterday, Sunday, between the Honorable Vice-Chancellor Dr. Pratap Singh of Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology (MPUAT), Udaipur, and the Honorable Vice-Chancellor Dr. P. S. Chauhan of Sri Karan Narendra Agriculture University (SKNAU), Jobner.
During the meeting, both Vice-Chancellors held detailed discussions on various common issues, particularly those related to pensions. They emphasized the need for coordinated and effective efforts to address these matters. It was mutually agreed to present a strong and comprehensive proposal to the state government to secure pension funds for the universities’ pending cases.
In addition, the issue of employee regularization/stabilization was also discussed seriously, with a focus on taking necessary steps in this direction.
It was agreed that another meeting will be organized soon to take concrete and comprehensive decisions on these issues through further detailed discussions.
