District Collector Holds Review Meeting of Officers
Make Resolution of Complaints on E-Filing and Contact Portal a Habit - District Collector
Udaipur – District Collector Gaurav Agrawal conducted a review meeting of all district-level officers on Monday. The meeting, held at the District Council Auditorium, focused on e-filing, e-dak (official electronic mail), and the Contact Portal.
At the outset, Shri Agrawal interacted with all officers, taking introductions and reviewing departmental setups, key schemes, and ongoing development works. He instructed officers to give special attention to e-filing, emphasizing that all official work should be conducted through the e-filing system. He also directed that documents sent to the District Collector’s office be transmitted via official e-dak.
Shri Agrawal stressed the importance of the Contact Portal, advising all officers to make timely and quality resolution of complaints registered on the portal a routine practice. He clarified that the weekly review meetings, held every Monday, would involve detailed monitoring of cases related to the Contact Portal and public hearings, pending matters from the Chief Minister’s Desk, Vigilance Committee, various Commissions, court cases, budget announcements, flagship schemes, and the Panch Gaurav Program. Officers were instructed to attend these meetings fully prepared.
He also directed that pending matters from the state level be regularly brought to attention to ensure timely resolution and provide relief to the public.
The meeting was attended by ADM Administration Deependra Singh Rathore, ADM City Jitendra Ojha, Municipal Commissioner Abhishek Khanna, Trainee IAS Srishti Dabas, UDA Secretary Hemendra Nagar, and all district-level officers from various departments.
