BCI Launches Jasalmer Chapter, Promises New Wings to Tourism Sector: Mukesh Madhwani
Udaipur: Business Circle International (BCI) has expanded into western Rajasthan with the launch of its BCI Jasalmer Tourism Chapter. BCI Founder and Chairman Mukesh Madhwani announced that Mr. Dheeraj Purohit will serve as the President of BCI Jasalmer.
Jitendra Singh Rathore has been appointed as the Chief Advisor for the new chapter. Through this initiative, the tourism and business landscape of Jasalmer is expected to receive fresh momentum.
Newly appointed President Dheeraj Purohit shared that he has been active in the hospitality industry for over 15 years as a hotel entrepreneur and tourism professional. He emphasized that his goal, through platforms like “The Elite Castle,” has always been to provide meaningful and experience-based travel opportunities.
Purohit stated that the primary objective of BCI Jasalmer will be to promote heritage and cultural preservation. The chapter aims to present the local lifestyle and traditions authentically to the world. Additionally, a strong focus will be on eco-friendly and sustainable tourism practices to ensure environmental conservation.
Jitendra Singh Rathore highlighted that the Jasalmer chapter will not only strengthen business networks but will also promote tourism education and awareness among youth and local communities.
Rathore, a prominent figure in Jasalmer’s social and tourism sector, currently serves as President of the Red Cross Society, Jasalmer. He is also the Founder Chairman of Royal Desert Safaris Private Limited, through which he has significantly enhanced the tourism profile of the Thar region.
Rathore is the founder of Kemal Polo India, which has played a crucial role in giving traditional camel polo recognition at both national and international levels. As a life member of INTACH, he is also actively involved in cultural heritage preservation. His multifaceted contributions are considered pivotal to the social, cultural, and tourism development of Jasalmer.
