BCI Utsav Talk Show on April 18 at Madhushree Banquet; Wedding Industry Experts to Deliberate
Udaipur: Under the aegis of Business Circle International (BCI), a special talk show will be आयोजित as part of BCI Utsav on April 18 from 4:00 PM at Madhushree Banquet Hall, located in Ashoka Palace.
The event will bring together leading experts, entrepreneurs, and service providers from Udaipur’s wedding industry on a single platform to discuss the current landscape, challenges, and future opportunities in the sector.
BCI Founder and Chairman Mukesh Madhavani stated that the primary objective of the talk show is to promote innovation, quality, and professionalism in the wedding industry. He emphasized that with rapidly evolving customer expectations, all stakeholders need to adopt new technologies, emerging trends, and improved service standards.
He invited professionals from across the wedding ecosystem, including wedding planners, event managers, decorators, caterers, photographers and videographers, makeup artists, bridal designers, jewellers, travel and hospitality professionals, venue owners, and band and entertainment providers to participate in the event.
BCI Utsav President Sanjeev Patwa shared that key topics such as wedding planning, destination weddings, digital marketing, branding, customer experience, and service quality will be discussed. Experts will also share insights on challenges like increasing competition, cost management, and changing customer preferences.
General Secretary Alok Gupta highlighted that the event will serve as an important platform for networking and collaboration, allowing professionals such as photographers, planners, caterers, decorators, and makeup artists to exchange ideas and explore new business opportunities.
Treasurer Dheeraj Vaidik added that along with panel discussions, interactive sessions will also be held where participants can directly ask questions to experts and gain practical guidance for business growth.
Secretary Heena Pathik stated that this talk show aims to give a new direction to Udaipur’s wedding industry, strengthening local businesses and further establishing the city as a prominent wedding destination.
The program will also feature in-depth discussions on creative décor, trending themed weddings, social media influence, client relationship management, and the use of technology—providing participants with fresh perspectives and improved working approaches.
