Celebration of Sindhi Language Day with “Mahima Shri Jhulelal Sai Ji” Program in Udaipur
Udaipur: On the occasion of Sindhi Language Day, a grand cultural program titled “Mahima Shri Jhulelal Sai Ji” was organized by the Pujya Sindhi Pratap Nagar Panchayat at Hriday Club, Pratap Nagar Panchayat Bhavan.
The highlight of the event was a captivating performance by renowned Mumbai-based historian and artist Prem Bharati, whose presentation encouraged the audience to sing along and dance with enthusiasm.
Panchayat President Umesh Manwani informed that the chief guest of the program was Shrichand Kriplani. Through the program, the audience was educated about the birth and divine life of the Sindhi community’s revered deity, Jhulelal.
The event was attended by several dignitaries, including former state minister Harish Rajani, along with Pratapray Chug, Murli Rajani, Kishan Wadhwani, Khanchand Mangwani, and presidents of various Sindhi Panchayats and youth organizations.
Amma Lalmata, the spiritual head (Gaddinashin) of Lalman Temple in Pratap Nagar, was also present and blessed the gathering.
Around 1,000 people attended the event. The success of the program was made possible through the collective efforts of Panchayat President Umesh Manwani and team members including Vicky Rajpal, Kamal Kriplani, Ajay Gangani, Manish Vidhani, Ashok Mangwani, Prakash Fulani, Manoharlal Chug, Rochaldas Khoobchandani, Asandas Santwani, Ashok Khoobchandani, Ravi Tejwani, Karan Wadhwa, Daya Udhani, Harpal Das Wadhwani, Bhagwan Das Sachdev, Narsingh Madhavani, Hitesh Senani, Gulraj Purushwani, Girish Bhagat, Mukesh Rajpal, Sunil Ahuja, Kishan Santwani, Sunil Bhatia, Amit Santwani, Dheeraj Thakur, Jitesh Thakur, Deepak Sukheja, Purushottam Lal Kalwani, Hemant Purushwani, Girish Khatri, Jaiprakash Lalwani, Rajesh Keswani, Mahesh Malkani, Hitesh Sajanani, and all Panchayat members.
