According to the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Human Development Report 2025, life expectancy in India has significantly increased from 58.6 years in 1990 to 72 years in 2023. The plan offers seven different options to cater to diverse customer requirements. A notable feature is the ‘Joint Life’ option combined with ‘Waiver of Premium’. In case of the policyholder’s demise, the insurer continues to pay future premiums, while the nominee or partner continues to receive the guaranteed income, ensuring financial stability for the family.
Furthermore, in the event of a critical illness diagnosis or permanent disability, the policyholder has the option to surrender the policy and receive a full refund, adding an extra layer of financial protection.
