Anti-Drug Awareness Program Organized in Kalian Village

Sri Ganganagar| As part of the ongoing “Drug-Free Sri Ganganagar” campaign led by District Collector Dr. Amit Yadav and Superintendent of Police Harishankar, an awareness program in the form of a street play was organized in Kalian village to spread awareness against drug abuse.

During the program, Vikram Jiyani from the Social Justice and Empowerment Department explained that drugs are an enemy that slowly destroys a person’s dreams, family, and society. Through their impactful performances, Vikram Jiyani, Sahi Ram, and Lakshya Jiyani effectively conveyed how addiction can lead a person’s life toward destruction.

They emphasized that if one wishes to fulfill their parents’ dreams, staying away from drugs is essential. The engaging act delivered a strong message of awareness among the villagers.

At the end of the program, all present villagers collectively took a pledge that they would neither consume drugs nor allow others to do so. They committed to protecting their village, families, and future from the menace of addiction.

The event was not just a street play but a powerful awareness movement that inspired hope, a fresh beginning, and a new direction in every heart.
