BCI Tourism Workplace Visit Successfully Concludes at “Essentia Luxury Resort & Spa”: Dr. Shraddha Gattani
Udaipur | The workplace visit organized by the Tourism Chapter of Business Circle of India (BCI) was successfully conducted at “Essentia Luxury Resort & Spa,” Umarda, the workplace of host and BCI Tourism Secretary Swati Saruparia. The event was held from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with enthusiastic participation from members.
On this occasion, BCI Tourism President Dr. Shraddha Gattani stated that such events provide members an opportunity to understand the functioning of the hospitality sector and strengthen networking among professionals.
BCI Founder and Chairman Mukesh Madhwani highlighted that workplace visits help members gain practical insights into various businesses, enabling them to identify new opportunities.
Treasurer and host Swati Saruparia shared that “Essentia Luxury Resort & Spa” was established in 2020 during the COVID-19 period and has now developed into a premium luxury hospitality property. She provided detailed information about the resort’s facilities, services, and management system during the visit.
Secretary Surbhi Menaria Dhing stated that the visit offered participants practical exposure to resort management, services, and operations.
General Secretary Gaurav Bhardari added that such programs promote coordination, cooperation, and a learning-oriented environment among members.
