Udaipur:To help students overcome confusion after Class 10 and 12 board examinations, the Education, Employment and Competitive Exam Cell of Vipra Foundation, Udaipur, organized an impactful career guidance seminar at Nimbark B.Ed College. Around 100 students, including those from rural areas and nearby districts, participated in the session.
The seminar focused on providing clarity in choosing the right academic stream and delivered a strong message of “From Confusion to Clarity,” helping students build a practical roadmap for their future. The foundation has previously guided many rural students toward successful career paths through similar initiatives.
Key speaker and career counselor Dr. H. R. Dave emphasized, “You are not choosing a subject, you are choosing your future.” He advised students to select streams based on their interests, aptitude, academic performance, and evolving career opportunities, rather than just marks. His address offered a fresh perspective to both students and parents.
District Education Officer Lokesh Bharti, who attended as the chief guest, highlighted the importance of the National Education Policy 2020. He encouraged students to consider skill-based learning, multiple career options, and vocational courses while making informed decisions.
Experts at the seminar provided detailed guidance on diverse career paths across Arts, Commerce, and Science streams. These included emerging and traditional fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Medical and Paramedical studies, Polytechnic courses, Law, Journalism, Designing, Chartered Accountancy, Agriculture, Astrology, Literature, Vastu Shastra, and Sanskrit. The insights helped students better align their choices with their interests and future goals.
The event saw the presence of several distinguished guests, including Dr. Tarun Vyas, Dr. Vishal Sharma, Dr. Bhagwati Shankar Vyas, Dinesh Shukla, R. K. Singhvi, Sonal Singhvi, Rajesh Paliwal, Jai Prakash Shrimali, Deepika Menaria, Gaurav Vyas, Kiran Sharma, Lokesh Paliwal, and Dr. Manish Tiwari, along with parents and students.
The program was conducted by Ganesh Nagda, who also shared insights about the organization’s activities and the success of its mock interview initiatives. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Pranay Jani, who described the seminar as a meaningful step toward shaping students’ futures.
