Udaipur: The Department of Computer Science and Information Technology at Bhopal Nobles University organized a one-day workshop on Google Gemini AI and Google NotebookLM. The workshop was conducted under the joint collaboration of Persist IT Services, Ahmedabad, Learning Link Foundation, and Gemini Academy.
According to Head of Department Dr. M. S. Devda, a total of 133 students registered for the workshop. Out of these, 53 students participated in hands-on training sessions guided by IT expert Mr. Chetan Patel. The participants engaged in live practical exercises, exploring various applications of Gemini, including resume creation, audio-video content generation, exam paper design, short story writing, and image creation—tools that are highly useful for everyday academic and professional tasks.
On this occasion, Dean of the Faculty of Science, Prof. Ritu Tomar, informed that all successful participants will be awarded certificates by the Google Gemini Academy upon completion.
The first technical session was chaired by Dr. Rajesh Soni, Dr. Aftab Khatoon, and Dr. Hariom Singh Ranawat, while the second technical session was presided over by Dr. Priyanka Shaktawat, Dr. Nisha Tawar, and Lt. Shailja Ranawat.
University Registrar Dr. Niranjan Narayan Singh Rathore stated that such workshops play a significant role in shaping future global IT professionals and help students tackle emerging challenges in the IT sector.
