Instructions Issued for Timely Disposal of Revenue Cases; Focus Also on Heat Wave Management

Udaipur: A review meeting of revenue officers was held on Thursday at the Collectorate mini auditorium under the chairmanship of District Collector Gaurav Agrawal. The meeting included a detailed review of various pending cases and was attended by all Sub-Divisional Officers, Tehsildars, and Naib Tehsildars of the district.

The District Collector conducted an in-depth review of pending cases in revenue courts, including matters related to mutation, demarcation, stone marking, and cases registered under various sections. Comparing progress since the previous meeting, he directed all officers to ensure regular functioning of judicial work and timely disposal of cases. He emphasized that providing relief to the public is the administration’s primary responsibility.

The meeting also reviewed pending grievances received through the Rajasthan Sampark Portal, public hearings, the Chief Minister’s Office, and various commissions. The Collector checked the mobile applications of officers with low progress and instructed them to work seriously and expedite action on pending cases. Detailed discussions were also held on matters related to land allotment and land acquisition, along with necessary guidelines.

Considering the heat wave situation, the District Collector directed officials to ensure uninterrupted supply of drinking water and electricity, adequate arrangements in medical institutions, and proper provision of fodder and water for animals.

The meeting was attended by ADM (Administration) Dipendra Singh Rathore, ADM (City) Jitendra Ojha, along with all revenue officers of the district.
