Grand Launch of Tennis Training Camp in Dhar
Udaipur: A ten-day Lawn Tennis and Soft Tennis training camp was grandly inaugurated on Wednesday at the Government Senior Secondary School in the Dhar region. The primary objective of this special initiative is to encourage rural talent from tribal areas and provide them with opportunities to showcase their abilities in modern and often expensive sports.
Under the guidance of Shraddha Mudiya, founder of Kashti Foundation, the organization has been consistently making efforts to help talented players from rural and tribal regions gain recognition at national and international levels. As part of this initiative, the training camp has been organized, where international tennis player Ayesha Baghel is providing specialized coaching in lawn tennis and soft tennis to students.
On the occasion of the inauguration, Ayesha Baghel was warmly welcomed, and the program commenced in a ceremonial manner. During the event, the school staff and students actively participated under the supervision of Physical Education Teacher Neeraj Batra.
Through this camp, students are not only gaining technical knowledge of the sport but are also developing discipline, self-confidence, and a competitive spirit. It is expected that this initiative will play a significant role in helping players reach major platforms such as university-level competitions, SGFI National School Games, and prestigious events like the Asian Games.
This training camp is opening new avenues and opportunities for tribal talent, inspiring them to progress in the field of sports and achieve their dreams.
The event was attended by Principal Dr. Satyanarayan Suthar, along with Bela Solanki, Jagdish Singh, Veena Joshi, Prem Shankar Gawaria, Madhav Lal Teli, Rekha John, Rekha Tank, Sumitra Sevak, Jyoti Sahu, Pooja Kothari, Nikita Seth, Parvati Pargi, Siddharth Sharma, Kamlesh Vyas, Sardar Singh, and other distinguished members. Students showed great enthusiasm for the training program.
