Udaipur : Sai Tirupati University (STU), Udaipur, became the Academic Sponsor of Rajasthan’s first School Mental Health Conference, organized in collaboration with Brain Biomag Tech Pvt. Ltd. and Malik Mansik Shakti Foundation on 28 April 2026 at the Conference Hall, Hotel Paradise Bliss, Udaipur, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Ashish Agrawal, Chairman of Sai Tirupati University, agreed to become the Academic Sponsor of the conference, extending institutional support toward student mental health awareness and educational wellbeing initiatives in Rajasthan.
The Chief Guest of the conference was Gaurav Agrawal. The event was further honoured by distinguished guests Prashant Nahar, SC Joshi, and Harish Mathur.
The theme of the conference was “Challenges and Needs of Mental Health in Schools – Future Ready Minds.”
The conference witnessed a gathering of nearly 90–100 participants including educators, psychologists, doctors, school representatives, researchers, and mental health professionals from different regions of Rajasthan.
A major highlight of the conference was the presence of internationally trained experts including Dr. Praveen Khairkar, Dr. Amresh, Dr. Bhakti, and Dr. Suresh Badamath, who highlighted the growing concerns and increasing importance of mental health in schools and public policies.
Experts delivered sessions on cognitive enhancement, autism and learning disabilities, neurofeedback, emotional resilience, behavioural concerns, and early intervention strategies. Discussions also highlighted the use of modern neurotechnology including biofeedback systems, GSR-based emotional assessment tools, and therapeutic protocols aimed at improving student wellbeing and psychological recovery.
The conference was also broadcasted online on the request of the Medical Education Ministry, State of Rajasthan, enabling wider participation and outreach.
Valuable feedback and insights were shared by Poonam Rathore, Dr. Baghelal, Dr. Savita Jagawat, and Dr. Richa Singh Rajpurohit, who emphasized the urgent need for structured mental health support systems for students, teachers, and parents.
The conference highlighted the growing need to address long-ignored behavioural and psychological concerns among children and adolescents. Experts stressed the importance of early screening, awareness, prevention, and emotionally supportive school environments.
Brain Biomag Tech's Founder Dr. Praveen Khairkar, CEO Dr. Ashwini, Deputy Director Rachita Israni, and General Manager Kirti expressed their commitment toward building a collaborative platform dedicated to mental health awareness, neurotechnology research, and community-based intervention programs across Rajasthan.
