Udaipur: On the occasion of the 150th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, the Udaipur District Police is conducting various innovative public awareness programs. As part of these initiatives, a workshop on “Road Safety and Life Protection” was organized on Thursday at PestiSize India Limited, located on Udaysagar Road, Madri, by the Udaipur District Police.
The Additional Superintendent of Police stated that such awareness campaigns will continue regularly. He emphasized that corporate houses, factories, and mill employees should understand their social responsibility and follow traffic rules to ensure the safety of themselves and their families. This, he said, would automatically help spread awareness in society regarding adherence to traffic regulations.
Traffic Police Inspector Tina Solanki addressed the participants on important road safety issues, including the dangers of riding without helmets, driving without seat belts, talking on mobile phones while driving, and drunk driving.
Director of , Narayan Choudhary, also shared valuable information with the attending scientists and staff on important traffic-related topics.
Under the guidance of the District Superintendent of Police, the workshop was attended by Additional Superintendent of Police Madhuri Verma, Traffic Deputy Superintendent of Police Madan Gehlot, Traffic Inspector Tina Solanki, Manager of PestiSize India Limited Vijay Suryanarayan, and Senior General Manager (Human Resources) Arijit Ray, among others.
