Symbolic Cheques Distributed to DBT Scheme Beneficiaries Under Gram Rath Campaign

Udaipur: Under the Gram Rath Campaign, symbolic cheques were distributed to beneficiaries of various Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) schemes on Monday in Kanuwada village of Khairwara Assembly constituency.

The event was attended by Rajya Sabha MP Madan Rathore, social worker Pushkar Teli, and Nana Lal Ahari.

On this occasion, symbolic cheques were distributed to beneficiaries of several schemes of the Agriculture and Horticulture Department, including farm ponds, agricultural equipment, and fencing assistance schemes. In addition, Khemraj Meena, a resident of Kojawada under Rishabhdev Panchayat Samiti, was granted administrative approval of ₹94,500 under the Agriculture Department’s Farm Pond FRA scheme.

Beneficiaries of the Mangla Livestock Insurance Scheme of the Animal Husbandry Department were also provided certificates during the program. Information about 13 departmental schemes was shared with villagers.

Speaking at the event, public representatives stated that the state government is committed to delivering the benefits of public welfare schemes to rural areas through the Gram Rath Campaign, and that DBT schemes are ensuring transparent and direct financial assistance to eligible beneficiaries.

Khairwara Sub-Divisional Officer Ramkaran, BDO Pankaj Arya, along with other officials, were also present on the occasion.
