Beauty Icon and Mega Model Vaishali Bhaurjar Receives the “Legend Dadasaheb Phalke Award” 2026
Beauty icon and mega model Vaishali Bhaurjar, who has carved a strong and influential identity in both the fashion industry and social service through her hard work, determination, and artistic excellence, was recently honored with the prestigious “Legend Dadasaheb Phalke Award” 2026 (7th Season). The award ceremony was organized under the banner of Krishna Chauhan Foundation (KCF) at Raheja Classic Club, Mumbai, in the presence of Padma Shri Bhajan Samrat Anup Jalota, music composer Dilip Sen, comedian Sunil Pal, and Dr. Yogesh Lakhani.
Originally hailing from Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, Vaishali Bhaurjar’s journey into the modeling world is both inspiring and fascinating. Initially, she aspired to become an air hostess, and she successfully achieved that dream by working as an ex-cabin crew member with Kingfisher Airlines. However, destiny eventually guided her toward the glamorous world of modeling.
Vaishali has been honored three times by renowned Bollywood singer Udit Narayan and twice by singer Deepa Narayan. She has also received several prestigious national honors, including the Mahatma Gandhi Ratan Award 2025, Miss India Winner recognition, Bollywood Legend Film Festival 2025 award, and the Akhand Bharat गौरव Samman 2025 presented by Mumbai Global.
The continuous recognition and national-level accolades reflect that Vaishali Bhaurjar is not only a powerful voice in the fashion industry today but also one of the country’s emerging inspirational personalities.
