Bhupal Nobles University Awards PhD in Pharmacy to Sudhir Gupta
Udaipur: Bhupal Nobles University has conferred the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the Faculty of Pharmacy upon Sudhir Gupta in recognition of his outstanding research contributions. Dr. Gupta completed his higher studies and doctoral research work in the university’s Department of Pharmacy.
His research was supervised by Dr. Kamal Singh Rathore. The title of his thesis is: “Formulation and Evaluation of Novel Solid Lipid Carrier Systems for Ocular Delivery of Selected Anti-inflammatory Agents.”
The research focused on developing and evaluating an innovative solid lipid carrier system aimed at enhancing the bioavailability of anti-inflammatory agents used in ocular treatments and prolonging their therapeutic action.
According to the university, this system is expected to improve eye care treatments and also holds potential for enhancing the effectiveness, safety, and absorption profile of other topical and dermatological medications in the future.
The university management and the Faculty of Pharmacy expressed pride in Dr. Gupta’s academic achievement. Following the official announcement, professors, colleagues, friends, and family members gathered to congratulate him for his dedication and research accomplishments.
