Pledge Taken for Cleanliness and Water Conservation Under Vande Ganga Water Conservation Public Campaign 2026
Udaipur: Various activities related to cleanliness and water conservation were organized on Wednesday at the Government Animal Husbandry Training Institute, Udaipur, under the Vande Ganga Water Conservation Public Campaign 2026.
Under the leadership of Deputy Director Dr. Dwarka Prasad Gupta, a cleanliness drive was conducted across the institute campus, hostel, office, and residential premises. Senior Veterinary Officers Dr. Padma Meel and Dr. Omprakash Sahu, along with staff members and trainees, actively participated in the campaign.
During the programme, awareness messages were shared regarding maintaining cleanliness and the importance of water conservation.
A seminar on the theme “Jal Hai To Kal Hai” (If There is Water, There is Future) was also organized. Addressing the gathering, Deputy Director Dr. Gupta said that water conservation is one of the biggest necessities of the present time.
Tanuj Sharma, Sanjay Verma, Ganesh Yogi, Kuldeep Bagora, and Amar Sharma also expressed their views during the seminar.
All participants collectively pledged to protect the environment and maintain cleanliness.
