Instructions Issued for Timely Disposal of Revenue Cases

Udaipur: A review meeting of revenue officers was held on Wednesday at the Collectorate Mini Auditorium under the chairmanship of District Collector Gaurav Agrawal. The meeting included a detailed review of various pending revenue-related cases.

All Sub-Divisional Officers, Tehsildars, and Naib Tehsildars of the district attended the meeting.

The District Collector reviewed revenue cases subdivision-wise and tehsil-wise. He conducted a detailed assessment of pending judicial matters in revenue courts, including cases related to mutation, boundary demarcation, stone marking, and matters registered under various legal provisions.

Comparing the progress with the previous review meeting, the Collector issued clear instructions to all officers to ensure regular functioning of judicial work and timely disposal of pending cases.

The meeting also reviewed pending grievances related to the Rajasthan Sampark Portal, public hearings, the Chief Minister’s Cell, and various commissions.

Detailed discussions were held regarding land allotment and land acquisition matters, and necessary directions were issued to the concerned officials.

During the meeting, the District Collector also instructed officials to organize maximum activities under the Vande Ganga Water Conservation Public Campaign and ensure active public participation. He further directed officials to ensure timely entries and updates on the concerned online portal.

Additional District Magistrate (Administration) Dipendra Singh Rathore, Additional District Magistrate (City) Jitendra Ojha, along with all revenue officers of the district, were present in the meeting.
