Grand Bhoomi Pujan of Multi-Purpose Multi-Storey Building to be Held on June 22, Maharudra on June 21

Important Meeting of Shri Trivedi Mewada Brahmin Samaj Successfully Concluded

Udaipur: A significant and grand meeting of the Shri Trivedi Mewada Brahmin Samaj, Udaipur City Unit, under the aegis of Shri Trimes, was successfully organized in Udaipur. During the meeting, extensive discussions were held regarding the historic social events scheduled for June 21 and 22. Members of the society enthusiastically participated in planning and preparations to make the much-awaited Bhoomi Pujan ceremony of the “Shri Trimes Multi-Purpose and Multi-Storey Building” a grand and memorable occasion.

The chief guest of the meeting was Bhupendra Pandya, National Convenor of Akhil Bharatiya Shri Trimes. The program was presided over by Udaipur City President Pawan Amarawat. Distinguished guests included Lakshminarayan Pandya, Vinod Pandey, National Spokesperson Anil Pandya, National Secretary Vinod Paneri, National Treasurer Ravindra Upadhyay, National Organization Minister Gomti Shankar Pandya, and Divisional Secretary Mahesh Joshi.

The meeting commenced with the welcoming and felicitation of guests. Anil Pandya extended a warm welcome through floral words of appreciation. Senior members of Udaipur city including Girish Upadhyay, Dinesh Prabhavat, Jagdish Trivedi, Ashok Upadhyay, Hemendra, Umesh Trivedi, Hitendra Trivedi, Yashwant Pandey, Girish Trivedi, Yashwant H. Pandey, Jagdish Dharmavat, Narayan Trivedi, Bharat Pandey, Kamlesh Mehta, and Mohan Mesawat honored all guests with traditional “uparna” shawls and heartfelt greetings.

During the program, National Convenor Bhupendra Pandya and other dignitaries also felicitated the male and female national office bearers from Udaipur city and appreciated their valuable contribution towards social service.

Special discussions were held regarding the proposed Bhoomi Pujan ceremony on June 22. Udaipur City President Pawan Amarawat and Lakshminarayan Pandya appealed to every family of the community to actively participate and contribute to this historic occasion. They stated that the building would become a priceless asset for future generations of the society.

Addressing the gathering, National Convenor Bhupendra Pandya urged all families of the Trivedi Mewada Brahmin community from Udaipur and surrounding regions to ensure their full participation in the Maharudra ceremony on June 21 and the Bhoomi Pujan ceremony on June 22 to make the events grand and successful. Highlighting the importance of the multi-storey building, he stated that it would serve as a major center for social, religious, educational, and cultural activities, providing a new identity and direction to the community.

Detailed discussions were also held regarding event management and arrangements. Various committees were formed and responsibilities assigned for seating arrangements, food services, tent arrangements, dharamshala and hotel accommodations, vehicle parking, drinking water facilities, welcome gates, stage decoration, traffic management, and administrative permissions for the guests and community members attending the event.

Representing women’s participation and empowerment, Laxmi Bai Trivedi, Pushpa Trivedi, Rita Trivedi, Maya Trivedi, Seema Pandey, and Harsh Lata Pandya were also present at the meeting.

It was further decided that invitation cards would be personally distributed to every family of the community along with the traditional offering of yellow rice to invite them with their families. Special emphasis was placed on ensuring maximum participation of youth and women. Members of the Mahila Mandal assured their complete support in making the program successful.

All unit presidents and office bearers were requested to encourage maximum participation from their respective areas for the Bhoomi Pujan ceremony. Senior members of the society stated that this event would become a historic example of unity, organization, and social dedication within the community.

The program was effectively conducted by Rita Trivedi, while Hemant Pandey expressed gratitude to all guests, office bearers, senior members, Mahila Mandal representatives, and community members present at the meeting.
