####Bhupal Nobles and Ananta Researchers Receive Government Copyright for “Neuro MedSafe-N”
Udaipur,Rajasthan’s medical research community has achieved national recognition in the field of medication safety. “Neuro MedSafe-N: Neurology Medication Safety Risk Assessment Tool,” jointly developed by researchers from Bhupal Nobles College of Pharmacy and Ananta Medical College and Hospital, has been officially granted a copyright certificate by the Government of India’s Copyright Office.
The tool has been specifically designed to scientifically and systematically assess the potential risks and adverse drug reactions associated with medications used in neurology patients. Developed using evidence-based scoring, validation data, and clinical documentation, the tool aims to strengthen medication safety systems in hospitals and healthcare institutions.
The key researchers behind the project include Dr. Rishi Maheshwari and Dr. Bhaktraj Singh Chauhan from Bhupal Nobles College of Pharmacy, along with Dr. Mukesh Garg from Ananta Medical College. Students Anmol Patel, Gauri Doshi, Aarti Sharma, Aastha Jain, Kaushik Tamboli, and Mr. Anil Suresh Mistry also made significant contributions to the project.
Principal of Bhupal Nobles College, Dr. Pushpendra Singh Naruka, congratulated the researchers and students on the achievement, describing it as a matter of pride for both the institution and Udaipur district. He expressed confidence that “Neuro MedSafe-N” would contribute positively to medication safety policies and patient care practices across healthcare institutions.
The achievement is also expected to encourage further research and collaboration in the fields of drug safety and pharmacovigilance at both regional and national levels.
The accomplishment was also appreciated by University President Dr. C. S. Chauhan, Dean of Pharmacy Dr. Y. S. Sarangdevot, and Dean of Student Welfare Dr. Kamal Singh Rathore.
