Rajnish Jain’s Book Quiet Excellence Launched, Focuses on Leadership and Life Values

New Delhi: Quiet Excellence: 52 Reflections on Work, Faith and What Truly Matters, a book authored by Rajnish Jain, President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited, was launched on Sunday at a special event held at the India International Centre (IIC), New Delhi. The event was attended by several distinguished personalities from the fields of industry, education, administration, and public life.

Published by Om Books International, the book is a collection of 52 short yet meaningful reflections, experiences, and lessons drawn from life, leadership, faith, and everyday situations. It emphasizes that both personal fulfillment and professional success are shaped not only by major decisions but also by small daily habits, human values, and meaningful relationships.

Speaking on the occasion, Rajnish Jain said, “Our society and our nation have always been guided by a profound collective consciousness. It is this shared consciousness that helps us maintain a balance between ambition and humility, action and reflection, success and purpose. If this book can become even a small part of India’s vast collective consciousness, I would consider my effort truly worthwhile.”

Quiet Excellence aims to be more than just a book to read; it aspires to become a guide that readers can apply in their daily lives. Through simple stories and practical insights, it encourages readers to view their work, thinking, and relationships from a fresh perspective.

The book also features a message from Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar along with reflections from several eminent personalities. These contributions highlight the importance of self-awareness, introspection, values, and leading a balanced life.

The event’s chief guest was former Indian Foreign Service (IFS) officer, diplomat, and ambassador Dr. Deepak Vohra. Other notable attendees included former Delhi Chief Secretary Naresh Kumar, BK Asha Didi of the Brahma Kumaris, ICMAI President CMA TCA Srinivasa Prasad, and HFCL Managing Director Mahendra Nahata.

During the event, speakers emphasized that in today’s rapidly changing world, leadership is defined not only by achievements but also by sensitivity, human values, and a broader perspective toward society. Quiet Excellence seeks to communicate these ideals to readers through simple language and real-life experiences.
