He described Haritima as a celebration of student talent, achievement, and holistic personality development, emphasizing the college’s commitment to nurturing excellence both inside and outside the classroom.

Delivering an inspiring keynote address, Dr. Kailash Sodani praised the institution’s rich legacy and encouraged students to embrace discipline, hard work, ethical values, and continuous learning. He emphasized that the 21st century belongs to knowledge-driven societies and that success has no shortcut.

“Students must spend more time in libraries and laboratories, where real learning takes place,” he remarked. Encouraging agricultural graduates to think beyond conventional career paths, he urged them to explore entrepreneurship, start-ups, and agribusiness ventures that can generate employment opportunities for others.

In his presidential address, Vice-Chancellor Prof. Pratap Singh highlighted the immense opportunities emerging within the agricultural sector. He advised students not to limit their aspirations to government employment but to pursue innovation, skill-based enterprises, and technology-driven solutions. He called upon the youth to contribute actively to nation-building through academic excellence, leadership, and social responsibility.

One of the major highlights of the event was the grand Awards Ceremony, during which 135 meritorious students were honoured with certificates and mementos for their outstanding achievements during the academic year 2025–26. The awardees represented diverse fields, including academics, sports, cultural and literary activities, NCC, NSS, and student welfare initiatives.

Presenting the annual report, Assistant Dean (Student Welfare) Dr. S.S. Lakhawat showcased the remarkable accomplishments of students throughout the year.
