BCI Utsav’s “Royal Weddings & Corporate Events” Talk Show Successfully Concluded at Hotel Bawa

Udaipur: Business Circle International (BCI), through its event chapter BCI Utsav, successfully organized the “Royal Weddings & Corporate Events Talk Show” at Hotel Bawa, Haridas Ji Ki Magri, Udaipur. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from business owners, entrepreneurs, event planners, wedding industry professionals, corporate representatives, and BCI members from across the city. The program was hosted by Heena Pathik, Secretary of BCI Utsav.

A special panel discussion formed the highlight of the event, featuring Mukesh Madhvani, Founder and Chairman of BCI; Sanjeev Patwa, President of BCI Utsav; Devendra Singh Kareer, President of BCI Alpha; Nilesh Kode, General Manager of Hotel Bawa; along with Viplav Kumar Jain, Ganpat Salvi, and Dilip Balchandani. The panelists shared their views, experiences, and recommendations on topics including royal weddings, corporate events, business growth, networking opportunities, and emerging industry trends.

Addressing the gathering, Mukesh Madhvani, Founder and Chairman of BCI, stated that the primary objective of BCI is to provide a strong platform where business professionals and entrepreneurs from diverse sectors can connect, collaborate, and explore new opportunities for business expansion. He emphasized that in today’s competitive business environment, strong networking has become one of the most important keys to success.

Sanjeev Patwa, President of BCI Utsav, explained that the talk show was designed to bring together experts and professionals associated with the royal wedding and corporate events sectors on a common platform. Such interactions, he said, help participants better understand emerging trends, opportunities, and challenges while encouraging mutual collaboration within the industry.

During his address, Devendra Singh Kareer, President of BCI Alpha, highlighted the benefits of insurance for businesses. He explained how insurance plays a vital role in business security, risk management, and protection against future uncertainties, providing organizations with financial stability and long-term sustainability.

Dilip Balchandani emphasized the need to promote the photography industry at tourist destinations. He suggested that photography activities should be resumed at locations where they have been restricted, as this would not only benefit photographers but also contribute to tourism growth and support local businesses.

Nilesh Kode, General Manager of Hotel Bawa, spoke about the close relationship between the hospitality and tourism sectors. He noted that hotels and tourism complement each other and that stronger coordination between the two industries could create new opportunities in tourism-centric cities such as Udaipur.

Ganpat Salvi shared his experiences and insights related to various aspects of the event management industry, while Viplav Kumar Jain and other speakers discussed changing industry dynamics, business prospects, networking opportunities, and future trends in the events sector.

On the occasion, Pramod Verma, General Manager of Hotel Hilltop Palace, was honored and welcomed with a traditional stole by BCI Founder and Chairman Mukesh Madhvani and BCI Utsav President Sanjeev Patwa.
