MP Unveils Poster for Swadeshi Industry and Trade Fair 2026
Mega Event to be Held from October 2 to 5
Udaipur: Udaipur Member of Parliament Dr. Mannalal Rawat on Monday unveiled the poster of the Swadeshi Industry and Trade Fair 2026 during a program held at the College of Agriculture. On the occasion, he interacted with representatives from the industrial sector and hotel industry under the Viksit Bharat Samvad initiative and presented the vision of “Developed Greater Mewar: Gateway to a Developed India.”
Addressing the gathering, Dr. Rawat said that the Swadeshi Industry and Trade Fair 2026 will be organized from October 2 to 5, 2026, with the objective of strengthening the industrial ecosystem in the Mewar region and promoting entrepreneurship. He also appointed Manoj Joshi as the Convener of the fair.
Speaking on the occasion, Fair Convener Manoj Joshi outlined the event’s objectives and proposed activities. He informed participants that Dr. Manoj Mahla, Dean of the College of Agriculture, has agreed to sponsor the event. Joshi also emphasized the importance of encouraging innovation and entrepreneurship in the agriculture sector and called upon local entrepreneurs to actively participate in the dialogue and upcoming fair.
At the conclusion of the program, MP Dr. Mannalal Rawat, Dr. Manoj Mahla, Manoj Joshi, and other entrepreneurs jointly unveiled the poster of the fair.
Among those present were Rajendra Surana, President of Laghu Udyog Bharati Udaipur; Abhimanyu Singh Rathore, Vice President; Umapratap Singh; Kamlesh Sharma; Kanchan Sharma; Girish Sharma, President of Kaladwas Chamber of Commerce and Industry; Sudarshan Singh Karohi, President of the Hotel Association; Rajesh Agrawal; Dr. C.P. Nama; and several other entrepreneurs and business leaders.
