Udaipur: As part of the statewide Intensive Aadhaar Operator Training Campaign being conducted by the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), Regional Office, New Delhi, a training program for Aadhaar Supervisors and Operators was organized on Friday at the Video Conferencing Hall of the Department of Information Technology (DoIT).
The training session was conducted in the presence of Prashant Kumar, UIDAI Representative, and Pooja Sahu, Joint Director, DoIT. Aadhaar Supervisors and Operators representing all registrars across the district participated in the program.
The training focused on enhancing technical proficiency in Aadhaar enrolment and update processes, minimizing operational errors, and familiarizing participants with the latest security protocols and guidelines. Special emphasis was placed on improving the quality of Aadhaar services and ensuring the efficient delivery of citizen-centric services.
During the session, participants were also provided guidance on addressing common issues encountered during Aadhaar enrolment and update activities. They were instructed to strictly adhere to the latest guidelines and operational procedures issued by UIDAI to ensure accuracy, security, and transparency in service delivery.
The program forms part of UIDAI’s ongoing efforts to strengthen the quality, security, and efficiency of Aadhaar-related services while enhancing the capacity of frontline operators responsible for providing these services to citizens.
