Flight of Fantasy 2026 gives wings to dreams of 15 underprivileged children
Udaipur, JFor 15 underprivileged schoolchildren from Udaipur, dreams took flight—quite literally—through Round Table India’s inspiring initiative, Flight of Fantasy 2026. The programme offered the children a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience train travel, hotel stays, and air travel for the very first time, creating memories that will stay with them forever.
The carefully planned journey was designed to expose the children to new experiences while inspiring them to dream bigger and aim higher in life. Many of the participants had never travelled outside their hometown before, making every moment of the trip a learning experience filled with excitement and wonder.
To ensure the children's comfort, safety, and confidence throughout the journey, Chairman Kunal Bagrecha, Community Service Convener Seemant Agrawal, and Harshit Kothari personally accompanied them. Their presence helped make the experience smooth, enjoyable, and reassuring for the young travellers.
As part of the educational tour, the children visited the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly, where they learned about democratic institutions and the functioning of government. They also explored a planetarium, gaining fascinating insights into the mysteries of space and science, which sparked curiosity and enthusiasm among the participants.
The itinerary also included recreational activities at House of Play, where the children enjoyed interactive games and entertainment. Staying in a hotel, enjoying quality hospitality, and sharing meals together added another dimension to an experience that was entirely new for many of them.
The most memorable moment of the journey came when the children boarded a flight from Jaipur to Udaipur. For many, it was their first-ever experience of flying. As the aircraft soared above the clouds, the children’s faces reflected excitement, joy, and a sense of achievement. What seemed like an impossible dream only days earlier had become a reality.
Organisers said the initiative is not merely about travel but about broadening horizons, building confidence, and encouraging children to believe in their potential. By exposing them to new environments and opportunities, Flight of Fantasy seeks to inspire young minds to set ambitious goals and pursue them fearlessly.
